Penghu ferries: Kaohsiung–Magong and the boats to Qimei, Wang'an, Jibei and Niaoyu

The ship from Kaohsiung to Magong, and the ferries to Penghu's southern and northern islands.

Penghu's island boats fall into two groups. Wang'an and Qimei to the south are reached from the South Sea passenger terminal on Xinying Road in Magong. Jibei and Niaoyu to the north are served from the Chikan and Qitou piers in Baisha Township, whose office publishes the schedule and fares; on the Jibei route a full fare is NT$150 and a half fare NT$75.

To get to Penghu from Taiwan, Taiwan Navigation's ship sails from Kaohsiung's Xinbin pier to the harbor on Linhai Road in Magong, with no sailing on some dates. It is filed under Penghu because that is where it arrives; each page gives the pier, the dates covered and when it was checked.
